Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction and in case of valid argument, we refund the money if valid reason is presented, and it holds up after our investigation. Please read the fine points of our refund policy below.

  • If your joined challenge or contest is left unaccepted or remains unfilled, Baazighar refunds the entry fee amount in a user’s respected wallets within 30 minutes of start of the match.
  • In the event of a malfunction in a Game, Service or any of the related systems, or due to any other error, all entry fees are subject to a refund after a rightful inspection.
  • In case a user makes a deposit and is not credited instantly in Baazighar wallet, we advise them to wait for at least 15 minutes post their transaction.
  • Once you join a contest/challenge game, there is no taking back the entry fee. You will have to wait for the result to be declared and the contest/challenge will be settled accordingly.
  • In the challenges/contests where entry fee is not taken from the correct heads and if a user contacts Baazighar support team and provides enough evidence of a wrongful debit, we could refund the entry fee is right head after a rightful inspection
  • In case of a user’s bank account is debited in an attempt to top up Baazighar wallet and the payment to Baazighar is failed or delayed due to any reason. You can contact your bank to get the rightful response. Baazighar support team will try to solve your concern, however, we advise you to wait for at least 15 minutes before contacting us as sometimes the Payment Gateways may take a few minutes to process the transaction.
